Under the mentorship of Maître Sébastien Schapira, he honed his skills in business criminal law and press law, defending companies and individuals involved in financial fraud, misappropriation, and media-related offenses.

He holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Potsdam (Germany) and a Master’s degree in Comparative Business Law from the Université Paris Nanterre. He completed his entire legal education within the bilingual Franco-German program jointly offered by both universities.

Fees

According to Article 11 of the National Internal Regulations for the Legal Profession, clear rules govern fee structures:

“Fees are set according to customary practices, taking into account the client’s financial situation, the complexity of the case, the expenses incurred by the lawyer, their reputation, and the work performed. A lawyer may charge fees even if a case is withdrawn before its conclusion, based on the work completed.”

Fees are determined in full consultation with clients, and no billing occurs without prior agreement and discussion.
